LeBlanc Decks has been building custom decks exclusively in Central Oregon since 2002. Locally speaking, that's longer than anyone else.
Is LeBlanc Decks licensed, bonded and/or insured?
As required by Oregon law, we are fully licensed (CCB#209379) and legally obligated to carry a bond and proper business insurance. LeBlanc Decks also maintains a non-except status allowing us to hire employees. All employees are protected in the event of on-site work injury via Workman's Compensation Insurance. What services does LeBlanc Decks provide?
We perform anything deck related: New deck construction, deck repairs, deck remodels and deck upgrades, such as the addition of stairs or railings. We perform pergola and pavilion construction too. No job is deemed too small.

How much does a deck cost?
Costs vary greatly depending upon design, project location, height above the ground, product(s) used, and detail options that are selected. Small jobs are often performed on a time and materials basis.
Does my deck come with a warranty?
Beyond the manufactures warranty, which is often a 25 year (or better) no fade no stain warranty, you'll also receive a one year structural warranty.
Are composite decks really maintenance free?
Non wood decks require an occasional light power washing to remove dust, dirt, and pollen.
Are building permits required?
Any new deck over 30" tall will require a permit and engineer approved blueprints.
Do you build wood decks?
We build multiple cedar decks each year. Hardwood decking however is something LeBlanc Decks prefers not to install IE: Mahogany, Tiger Wood, IPE, Iron Wood, etc. While Central Oregon is a dry climate with consistently changing temperatures, most hardwoods are native to regions that are consistently warm and humid. Consequently hardwoods often do not perform well in Central Oregon.
Are there different types of composite decking products?
Yes. There are many different manufactures of composite decking products. Each with multiple tiers of products at different price points.
Which composite decking products does LeBlanc Decks prefer?
While we have experience building with most reputable products on the market today, LeBlanc Decks prefers to build using Trex, Azek, TimberTech, Deckorators and Wolf products. In our opinion the decking components sold by these companies outperform the other competitors, have a proven record of outstanding customer satisfaction, and offer both a highly attractive and wide range of product options at all price-points.
Do you build decks in the winter?
We build year round. A decks concrete footings however need to be installed while temperatures are above freezing. Once the footings are installed, and assuming there is not a heavy accumulation of snow, we are able to build.
